Editorial lifestyle content for
boutique and design-forward hotels,
bars, and restaurants

I create modern, editorial-style lifestyle content for boutique and design-forward hotels, bars,
and restaurants intended for use across websites, social platforms, and digital marketing.

The focus is on atmosphere-led imagery — capturing mood, materiality, and the way a space is
experienced, rather than traditional, room-by-room catalogue imagery.

All content is captured using the most recent compact and unobtrusive equipment, to ensure consistent quality while maintaining a natural, contemporary, platform-native aesthetic.

Approach

The work centres on atmosphere-led visual storytelling.

Rather than traditional documentation, the focus is on:

• light and texture

• architectural and interior details

• material finishes and design elements

• on-property dining and shared spaces

• imagery that suggests presence without performance

This results in content that feels current, understated, and commercially usable across multiple platforms.

What I Create

• Editorial lifestyle imagery

• Room, suite, and venue details

• Interior and architectural features

• Food and beverage content

• Light, mood, and spatial storytelling

Content is designed for use across:

• hotel websites

• social platforms

• email marketing

• digital campaigns

No identifiable guest faces are used.

Production & On-Site Access

To capture a property fully, including rooms, amenities, and lighting at different times of day, content is produced during an on-site stay.

The production setup is intentionally mobile, discreet, and unobtrusive, allowing work to be completed without disruption to guests or daily operations.

I’m comfortable working independently on-site where appropriate and do not require dedicated escorting, enabling efficient coverage while respecting guest privacy and the natural flow of the property.

Accommodation supports production access and is separate from the content creation fee.

Delivery

• 20-30 edited editorial images (scope varies by project)

• 5-10 short motion assets (3-5 seconds each)

• Optimised for web and social use

• Delivered within 72 hours of shoot completion

• Licensed for perpetual use across owned web, booking platforms, organic social media, paid digital advertising (e.g. Meta, Google), email marketing and digital campaigns. (Print, out of home, and third-party or partner usage available on request).

About

I’m a hospitality content creator specialising in luxury design-led hotels, restaurants and bars.

I work directly with properties rather than agencies, tailoring each project to the space, audience and brand, with a focus on producing refined, usable imagery that integrates seamlessly into existing marketing - from websites and campaigns to social and editorial use.

My background also includes work across high-end fashion and luxury brand environments, with experience on projects for Cartier, Dior, Moët & Chandon, L’Oréal, Bvlgari and Vogue - environments where discretion, precision and brand standards are paramount.

FAQs

This collaboration is designed to be simple, discreet, and easy to say yes to — whether you’re a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
There’s no production setup, no disruption to guests or diners, and no additional workload for your team. Content is captured naturally during a stay or visit and delivered for you to use across your own marketing channels, with minimal coordination required and no impact on day-to-day operations.

  • This is a content collaboration where your space and experience are captured as real guests or patrons experience them.
The result is a library of natural, usable visuals you can use across your website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

  • This is not:

    • Influencer marketing

    • A hosted post or shout-out requirement

    • A disruptive photoshoot with crews or lighting

    • A staged or overly promotional production

    • A social media obligation on my channels

The focus is purely on creating high-quality, licensed content for your marketing use.

  • No.
This is content creation, not influencer promotion.

Hotels license the content and use it across their own marketing channels, including:

    • Website

    • Social media

    • Email marketing

    • Advertising

There is no requirement for posting, tagging, or promotion on my personal channels unless specifically discussed.

  • No.
The process is intentionally designed to be low-impact and unobtrusive.

    I work around:

    • Existing guest flow

    • Housekeeping schedules

    • Normal hotel/restaurant operations

There is no “production crew” feel and no interruption to the guest experience.

  • For hotels, the collaboration runs from check-in to check-out.
This allows me to capture the full guest experience — from arrival through to the details that make a stay memorable — rather than trying to rush content into a short window.

For restaurants and bars, content is captured during a normal service period.

This approach produces more natural, well-rounded content and avoids unnecessary disruption.

  • No.
There is no requirement for guests or staff to participate in the content.

    The focus is on showcasing:

    • Rooms and suites

    • Views and amenities

    • Food and beverage

    • Atmosphere and experience

Everything can be captured naturally, without involving anyone on site.

  • No formal preparation is required.
If there are specific spaces, room types, or details you’d like prioritised, you can simply flag those ahead of time. Otherwise, the content is captured organically as part of the stay.

  • No.
All content is captured while the property is operating as normal. There’s no need to close areas, reserve spaces, or restrict guest access.

  • That’s completely fine.
The approach is flexible and adapts to what’s naturally accessible during check-in to check-out. The goal is to capture a realistic, appealing representation of the experience rather than forcing specific shots.

  • No.
The focus is on atmosphere-led visuals that feel natural, current, and aligned with how guests actually experience the property.

Nothing is overly posed, scripted, or “advertorial” in style.

  • You receive ready-to-use marketing content that reflects the real guest experience and can be used immediately to support bookings and brand positioning.

The content is created specifically so it can live on your platforms, not mine.

  • Yes.
The content is created to be evergreen, meaning it can be used across multiple seasons and marketing touchpoints rather than feeling tied to a single campaign or trend.

  • That’s common.
This content is not a replacement for traditional photography — it complements it by providing more natural, lifestyle-driven imagery that works particularly well for digital marketing and social platforms.

  • Absolutely.
Many hotels I work with are doing this for the first time. The process is simple, low-pressure, and designed to feel very different from a traditional content shoot.

  • Yes — this approach is particularly well suited to boutique and independently owned properties.

It’s designed to highlight character, design, and experience without requiring large budgets, production crews, or complex logistics.

  • If there are specific brand considerations or areas you prefer not to feature, these can be discussed beforehand.

The process is collaborative but intentionally light-touch. No lengthy briefs or approvals are required unless you want them.

  • No.
Each collaboration stands on its own. There is no ongoing obligation, retainer, or expectation beyond what’s agreed for the stay.

  • Because it shows the experience as people actually encounter it — the lighting, the energy, the details — which helps potential guests or diners visualise themselves there and make a decision.

  • All content is captured using the most recent compact and unobtrusive mobile equipment, to ensure consistent quality while maintaining a natural, contemporary, platform-native aesthetic.
